All you have to do to get the process started is to fill out our inquiry form! This will let us know you're interested, and we'll respond as soon as we're able.

Phone Consultation

Before I create the proposal, we'll hop on a quick phone call to talk about the vision for your big day! This will allow me to get a better understanding of your needs and the services you're looking for.

Step Two

Making it Official

I'll send you a customized proposal for the services I believe you'll need to carry out the vision for your big day. After you approve the proposal, sign the contract and pay your deposit your date is officially booked!

Step Three

Your Wedding Guide

After we're official I'll send you our Wedding Guide – your new wedding planning bible. This guide includes a full wedding planning checklist, my preferred vendors guide, and more!

Step Four

Initial Meeting

Most of our packages include this initial meeting, in which we'll discuss your wedding and all of the details that will go into planning it in much more detail.

Step Five

Venue Walkthrough

It's important to know exactly what's in store for us at your venue, and walking through it together will make sure we're fully prepared!

Step Six

Final Details Meeting

A lot can change between our first and last meetings – this final meeting will make sure we have tied up all loose ends and that we're fully prepared for the big day.

Step Seven

Your Wedding Day

It's finally here! We'll kick the event off right with a ceremony rehearsal, and then 12 hours of on-site coordination, where we'll make sure your big day goes off without a hitch!
